Payment is due within 10 days of Order. Items will be returned to Stock after that time.

If we are out of stock on an item, we will notify you. If paying by check, do not send any money until we notify you that we have all the items in stock that you requested.

Some of the items are in short supply. As soon as we run out of an item, we indicate on the website the pin is sold out. It is possible a pin could sell out just before us pulling your order. Should an item become sold out, we will email you with this information.

We accept Credit Card payments through Paypal Only, www.paypal.com (Paypal ID: mcpins@bellsouth.net) Any Payments made through Paypal, items will be mail to "Confirmed" Name and Address on Paypal Account. Any Address that is Not "Confirmed" through Paypal Please use another one of our Payment Options. Alternatively, we accept United States Postal Service Money Orders, and Personal Checks drawn on USA Banks. All funds must be in US Currency.

We ship items via the United States Post Office. USPS Insurance will be extra. USA Insurance prices are below. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items not insured Internationally we ship via Air Mail through the US Post Office.

Shipping Costs for within the United States are as follows:

One pin shipped within United States: $2.25 (Minimum shipping charge)
For each additional pin, add $.05 each

International Shipping is as follows:

Our shipping and handling charge is to cover the cost of postage, the cost of the packaging material and handling fee. International shipping will depend on the location, size of package and weight of package. Please state if order is for International shipping and we will email you with the postage rate for that order. The check out software automatically calculates US shipping charges for international orders, we will add on the appropriate charge and notify you via email. Any International Orders Over $75.00 must be paid by USA Cash, or if paying by Paypal you MUST pay for Insurance.

Any Duty charges or Custom Fees are the responsiblity of the buyer.

Generally, pins are mailed twice a week. Depending on when you place your order, your pins may be shipped from one to seven days later. (Shipping may alter due to holidays)

Extra Cost for Limited Insurance for Lost or Damaged pins will be through the Local Post Office and only on Orders that the Insurance is Requested. Charges for Insurance depends on the amount of the total order.
